D8 s'est placée en tête des audiences parmi les nouvelles entrantes mercredi 10 avril, jour où la filiale de Canal+ organisait le "grand switch" de ses animateurs. A l'occasion de ses six mois d'existence, D8 organisait un "grand switch" de ses animateurs.
